Okay so does anyone else think that Mona paid some one to go in the woods and pretend to be dead, she was counting money when she got a call and then she said she was on her way, knowing Spencer will follow her leading her to a fake dead Toby and when Spencer was going to lift up the helmet Mona stopped her so she wont see that it’s not Toby, just to mess with her and break her down even more?
